Volunteer Roles 

 

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers for the following roles: 

​

1. Facilitators, Teachers, and Mentors 

• Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate engaging and interactive online classes. 

• Provide personalized mentorship to students from marginalized communities. 

• Inspire learners to achieve their potential through enrichment programs and meaningful activities. 

• Requirements: 

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written). 

• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating (preferred but not necessary).  

• Compassion and dedication to making a difference. 

• Additional Opportunities: Option to join mission trips to conduct face-to-face classes and foster deeper connections. 

 

2. Program Administrators 

• Responsibilities: 

• Manage the administrative tasks of our programs.  

• Coordinate between volunteers, students, and other stakeholders. 

• Ensure smooth operations and coordination among teams. 

• Maintain accurate records and schedules. 

• Requirements: 

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills. 

• Proficiency in English. 

• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic situations. 

 

3. Deployment Team Members 

• Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the rollout of educational programs to various communities.  

• Collaborate with local partners to adapt programs to specific needs.  

• Train local partners and beneficiaries on using the platform. 

• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness. 

• Requirements: 

• Strong problem-solving skills. 

• Strong communication and project management skills. 

• Flexibility and cultural sensitivity. 

 

4. Marketing and Communications Team 

• Responsibilities: 

• Create compelling content to promote the initiative to attract more support and volunteers. 

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across platforms.  

• Manage social media and outreach efforts by creating inspiring content to share success stories. 

• Requirements: 

• Creativity and excellent writing skills. 

• A passion for storytelling and advocacy. 

• Proficiency in social media and marketing tools. 

 

5. Volunteer Coordinator 

• Responsibilities: 

• Recruit, manage, and support volunteers. 

• Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer community.  

• Organize volunteer training and orientation sessions and provide resources for volunteers. 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer inquiries. 

• Requirements: 

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. 

• Proficiency in English. 

• Enthusiasm for working with diverse groups of people.
