Program Brochure

Dear Fellow Missioner,

Thank you for joining this exciting mission trip to

the Timor Leste.

We are thrilled to have you on board and can't wait

to see the impact we’ll make together.

We will be creating a whatsapp chat group, which
will serve as our primary communication channel for
information and clarifications about the mission trip
and give you access to our Mission Basecamp app.

Please keep the messages focused on

mission-related topics only to ensure everyone

stays updated and organized.

Below is some information and points of administration for your action. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Key Information

Mission Fees and Flight Details

At this point, the exact amount has not been finalised. This is mainly because travel arrangements to Dili are not straightforward—there are limited flights, and direct flights are not always available or confirmed this far in advance. As a result, we may need to adjust our travel dates slightly or take different routes depending on availability and cost.

In addition, the final duration of our stay will depend on flight schedules and coordination with our partners on the ground. These factors will affect the overall cost, and we want to ensure we make prudent decisions to keep the mission as affordable as possible for you.

Please be assured that we will do our best to secure the most suitable and cost-effective arrangements. Once these details are finalised, we will communicate the final mission fee promptly along with recommended flight details, at which point you can decide if you would like to continue with the mission or withdraw.

Thank you for your patience, trust, and generosity in journeying with us on this mission.

Pilgrimage

At the end of the mission, we will go on our pilgrimage to the iconic Cristo Rei
of Dili,
one of the most beloved Catholic landmarks in Timor-Leste.

Standing 27 metres high on a hill overlooking the sea, Christ the King
stretches His arms over the nation as if embracing its people.

To reach the summit, pilgrims climb over 500 steps, passing the Stations of
the Cross along the way. As we ascend together in prayer, we will reflect on
Christ’s Passion and offer our mission, the people we have served, and our
own lives to God.

At the summit, we will:

  • Offer thanksgiving prayers for the success of our mission.

  • Present sealed petitions to Our Blessed Mother, seeking her

intercession for healing, reconciliation, financial difficulties, and other needs.

  • Pray for the people of Timor Leste and our loved ones back home.
